Paul Phelan earned an FAI Amateur Cap when playing for Ireland against Northern Ireland in February 2009. This is a reward for the excellent work and form that Paul has shown while playing with New Ross Celtic in recent seasons. Hopefully this is only one of many that Paul will receive during his playing career. |
